BRG Gibson Auctions welcomes instructions from estate agents who have suitable properties on their books which they feel would do well at auction. We are always happy to enter into a Joint Agency Agreement whereby we split equally the fees with the joint agent. Unlike most regional auctioneers, BRG Gibson Auctions are solely auctioneers and do not practice as estate agents as well, so by entering into a joint agency agreement with us, you are not giving business to one of your rival estate agents or everyday competitors.

BRG Gibson Auctions offer residential and commercial property from North & South of Ireland for sale by public auction. We hold 8 Auctions per annum in Belfast & will hold a similar number in Dublin at a city centre based Hotel, conveniently located to achieve the best attended auction room with approx. 600 attendees and the best results for your vendors.  Over 8000 investors from across the UK & Ireland subscribe to receive our on line catalogues, providing us with a vast audience to market your properties.

Although the private treaty method of sale may be best for most of your properties, there are cases where a sale by public auction is beneficial, or needed. This could be due to the type of property, or changes in a client's situation resulting in the need for a quick sale.
